How the live numbers work

When you open a sheet, the numbers are taken from the live tool and printed with the time. Print a class set in one go so every copy matches the teacher notes. If a number is not available, the sheet leaves the boxes blank for the class to look up instead: it never prints an old number.

Matched to the curriculum

Each sheet comes from a card on the UK, US or Texas pages, and its teacher notes list the curriculum points it supports.

Questions from teachers

Are the worksheets free?

Yes. Every sheet is free to print and copy for teaching, with no sign-up and no ads.

Where do the numbers come from?

From our live tools at the moment you open the sheet: the Moon globe, the ISS tracker, the Deep Space map and the satellite directory. The time is printed on the sheet, and the teacher notes are worked out from the same numbers.

Can I save a worksheet as a PDF?

Yes. Press Print the worksheet and choose Save as PDF in the print window. UK versions are set up for A4 and US versions for US Letter.
